    We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.
  • Do I need to stop using my retinol or other prescription products before treatment?
    Yes, the time needed to stop using retinols or prescription skincare products depends on the specific treatment you’re receiving.
